What do you actually do?
We're a content studio, not an agency. Think of us as your in-house content team, without the hire.
Most businesses start with a 48-Hour Content Kickstart, then we become their content department every month: The Content Department.
How much does it cost?
The Kickstart is $2,950. The Content Department is Core at $3,900/month, Department at $6,900/month or Flagship from $11,000/month.
All ex GST. One-off photography, video, brand films and campaigns are quoted to the job.
Who is it for?
Businesses across Adelaide and regional SA that want more enquiries, job applicants or visitors from their content.
We work with civil construction, engineering, manufacturing, equipment hire, wineries and hospitality, but the offer is the same for every industry. See our work.
How much of my time does it take?
Very little. Usually a short planning call a week before the shoot, a quick hello on shoot day (longer if you're on camera) and a few approvals.
We handle the shooting, editing and, on Department and Flagship, the posting.
The 48-Hour Promise
What's the 48-Hour Promise?
Your first edits land within 48 hours of the shoot wrapping, or that month's edit is free. Hours are counted Monday to Friday, so a Friday shoot lands by Tuesday.
The clock pauses for anything on your side, like approvals, logos and other assets, or site access.
What counts as "first edits"?
Finished, ready-to-post photos and video from that shoot. On a Kickstart, it's your Launch Pack: 1 hero reel and 15 photos.
On monthly plans, it's the same from each month's shoot: 1 hero reel and 15 photos.
When does the 48-hour clock start?
When the shoot wraps. The 48 hours are counted Monday to Friday, so weekends and public holidays don't count: a Friday shoot lands by Tuesday.
The clock also pauses for anything on your side, like approvals, logos or other assets, or site access.
Does it cover feature videos?
No. The 48-Hour Promise covers your first edits. Feature videos (2–5 minutes) take more care and arrive within 10 business days of filming.
Joining and leaving
How does the Kickstart credit work?
Join The Content Department within 7 days of your review call and your full Kickstart fee comes off your first two months.
That's $1,475 off each month. The credit applies once per business.
Is there a contract?
Yes, a simple agreement that sets out what's included and how we work together. There's no lock-in: every Content Department plan is month to month with 30 days' notice.
What if I want to cancel?
Just give us 30 days' notice. Everything we've delivered stays yours to use under your lifetime usage licence. Once your plan ends, we no longer host or store your files, so download everything you want to keep before your last month wraps up.
Can we try you first?
Yes, that's what the 48-Hour Content Kickstart is for. Join within 7 days of your review call and your full Kickstart fee comes off your first two months.

Shoot days
How do shoot dates work?
You get a fixed shoot day every month. Having it locked in means content actually happens, instead of getting pushed back when things get busy. It also makes life easier for your team: everyone knows the date, so you can plan who's on site, what's on and what's worth capturing.
Got something important happening on a different day? Give us a heads up and we'll see if we can shift your shoot to suit.
What if the weather turns?
Weather calls are ours to make. We shoot in most conditions and only move a shoot if it's genuinely unworkable. Grey skies, mist or a bit of rain often make for great looking shots.
Will you get in the way on site?
Usually not, but it depends on what you want captured. Most of the time we film the work as it happens and your team keeps going. If you want something specific, like a staged shot or a team photo, we'll plan it with you so it fits around the day.
Are you insured?
Yes. We're insured, and we follow your site rules on every shoot. We can provide a certificate of currency on request.
Do you travel?
Yes. Travel within 1 hour of Mount Barker is free. Further afield, it's in your quote upfront.
Posting and your content
Who posts the content?
On Department and Flagship, we schedule and post for you. Department posts on Facebook and Instagram; Flagship on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube. You approve each month's posts before anything is scheduled, so nothing goes live without your OK.
Core doesn't include posting. You post the content yourself, and your Social Media Playbook shows you how.
Who owns the content?
You get a lifetime usage licence on everything we deliver, for your website, socials, tenders, print and ads.
Threadgold Media keeps ownership of the files.
Where is my content stored?
In your Content Library, where you can download everything we've shot for you any time while you're with us.
Once your plan ends, we no longer host or store your files. Download anything you want to keep before then, and it stays yours to use under your lifetime usage licence.
After a Kickstart on its own, your files are available to download for 90 days after your full library is delivered.
Can we ask for changes?
Yes. Every deliverable includes one round of revisions.
