Every project is quoted to the job after a short call, so you know exactly what you're getting before anything is booked. If you're not sure where to start, the 48-Hour Content Kickstart is a fixed-price way to try us.
How quickly will I get my photos and video?
Delivery dates are agreed in your quote. On a Kickstart, your Launch Pack lands within 48 hours of the shoot and the full library within 5 business days.
Can I use the photos anywhere?
Yes, for your business. Everything we deliver comes with a lifetime usage licence for your website, socials, tenders, print and advertising. Threadgold Media keeps ownership of the files.
Do you travel to regional sites?
Yes. We're based in Mount Barker, and travel within 1 hour of Mount Barker is included. Further afield, travel is included in your quote upfront.
Can you shoot on construction and industrial sites?
Yes. Civil, engineering and manufacturing work is a big part of what we do. We're insured and follow your site's safety rules.
